I came to dance dance dance dance. I hit the floor cause that's my chance chance chance chance. I'm wearing all my favourite-- wait is this a breech of copyright? Whoops.
OK so I am experiencing what they call writers block. So what to blog about?
Ummm.
Going to New York on Friday, so that's exciting! Its the first time I'm going with out my family, so I'm worried in the sense that I won't know how to get around to some places (my Dad knows New York better then our New York family and friends) but at the same time I've been staring at the map for so long looking for hotels and stuff that I'm not too worried. Also its pretty easy to remember, cause every thing's numbered. Also worried the hotel won't live up to my expectations. But then again that's normal. I dunno just having travelers anxiety, but still trés excited. Not to mention going to see Daniel Radcliffe... and well... yeah. That's, that's just awesome.
OK that's what Evie told me to blog about.
I dunno guess I'm tired, thus writing isn't there.
Election... well voting Liberal, that election hurt. A lot. Just watch this... and you'll understand, somewhat. (Pay attention to the numbers) Also disappointing that the best video I can find on the subject isn't even Canadian.
Aaand Royal Wedding! Ugh so awesome! I mean its was romantic and sweet, but mostly I found it really interesting. I dunno just the history, tradition, the fashion, and I guess the true life fairy tale. My favourite part of the wedding had to be when he told her she looked beautiful, also how much they smiled they looked so happy! I did watch stuff about Diana and Charles and they didn't seem as comfortable with one another as William and Kate do. Even at their wedding. So yeah, I enjoyed it very much, even with the 6 am wake up call and on a mere four hours of sleep. But I have to say my favourite part of the wedding which I learned of afterwords has to be this bridesmaid. She makes me laugh every time I look at her! But what I love about her is that she puts the whole thing into perspective, she is just a 3-year-old girl, and they are just two people in love. (PST. when I watched it a second time I also noticed that she basically fell out of her carriage! as the Brits would say aw god bless 'her!)
Oh I just wanna share my thoughts on the death of Obama, I mean Osama bin Laden (he he how many times have you watched the news and hear that happen! I love Obama so not a political thing.) The news is liberating I will admit, the idea that someone whom I thought they would never find, let alone kill is dead is amazing! But I don't like people celebrating his death, because it worries me of retaliation and its exactly what they (I hate using the world they in the context of terrorist as if they are the other.) did after the success of 9/11. An eye for an eye. I am very glad that they chose (they being the White House) to not release the pictures, I feel like we should trust officials when dealing with something this huge and understand that releasing the photos would cause more terror. Also Obama could you have waited until the week after I went to New York to kill target Number 1? K. Thanks.
Miah
P.S. I also could help but think of Osama as a real like Voldemort which brings be to 76 DAYS!
