Ohaiiii there!! =)

Hey there ladies and gents!:) This is my first time blogging so lets see how I do.
I am currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, and Leisure and hope to graduate in two years.:) This is my first year and it's quiet exciting. I have met a lot of new people, and hope to get to know them really well in the next two years.

I am also currently working at a daycare pretty much full time, on top of going to school. So it's pretty stressful taking care of 8 kids, all under the ages of 5, after going to school, for like 3 hours a day. Ha-ha. Although we did loose two kids last week when they moved away to Calgary. We'll all miss them like crazy but we (at the daycare) know that they'll come back and visit us when they come back.

Hmmm. What else can I say about myself....well, I love movies. Action and Adventure are pretty much my favourite. I can't watch Horror movies alone or pretty much anytime, or I will end up hiding behind a pillow or my hands if I can't find anything else. I have a lot of great friends, and I love them all dearly. Most of the time.;) I care for all of them a lot, and would do anything for them.

I also have a great family. There is My mother and father, my older brother and my younger brother, I'm the middle child. And also my new sister-in-law. Well new as in 3 years new.:) Everytime we have a family dinner, its great. So much laughing, and story telling happens around the dinner table. And never ask my father about Tom Thompson or you'll be sitting there for hours listening to how he was killed on the lake my cottage sits, and how his ghost shows up between July 7th and 14th looking for his killer, and how it was or wasn't a murder. Ha-ha, we all tease him about it, but it's a lot of fun when they come over.

But my very favourite passion is horseback riding. I am hoping to start to eventing next show season, in dressage, show jumping and cross country (XC). I have a great coach, who is going to help me get better, and help me get through all the 5a.m. wake up calls, or the late nights at the barn. She is actually an eventer as well, and she is fantastic. I have a lot of friends who i ride with as well, and we'll all be able to help encourage each other on.

Well, I think that's about it for me.=) I think I did a good job for my first blog. Don't you?:) Hopefully I'll see all you other bloggers, and passers by next week.
