Did I mention that Buffy rocks?

Hellooo all!
Evie here, to tell you that my Halloween weekend was SICK. In the good way. Oh man I got to see friends practically every day...for like four days straight!! As Miah mentioned we did a lunch thingy on thursday (super fun, obvi, but also nice cuz I got to see one of Lee's Uni friends who I think is cool...), then there was friday night which was wonderfully full of friends, pizza, cake (of the exciting ice cream variety!), and Harry Potter. How can that formula ever go wrong? It can't! And THEN, on sat we did our movie making marathon which did, yes, involve a lot of embarrassment cuz of the whole dancing-in-public-to-music-no-one-else-can-hear thing, but it was totally worth it. The fun factor definitely outweighed the embarrassment factor :D Also it was Harry Potter related so that was like an added bonus :P Plus I got to spend the whole day with Miah :D The end result was pretty satisfying too, I've already shown it to some people before realizing that really, my older brother's friend probably doesn't wanna see me dancing around downtown to the song Dynamite holding up a wand and a sign about Harry Potter. Oh well!
The absolute cherry on top of this fantastic friend marathon of a weekend was Halloween. Because I was Buffy. Awesome, powerful, fearless Buffy. And let me tell you, I felt empowered dressed up as her. I mean, we watched this movie (or at least part of it) called Dead Silence, creepy movie about murderous dolls and whatnot, and I felt only the merest trace of fear...the merest trace! and THEN we watched Halloween: Resurrection and I managed to enjoy some of that too! I swear that costume must have just infused me with some of that Buffy awesomeness and I was able to survive Halloween. Someone even recognized me! I was so happy I almost hugged her, but then I realized it could cause problems if I hugged the random stranger on my friend's doorstep as I helped hand out the candy, her being a child and all :P I did squeal and jump up and down like a little girl though, but then again, is there a day when I don't do that?
Seriously this was probs like the most fun I've had dressing up for Halloween in a while. A year for inspired costumes eh, Lee?
Well I hope you all had as fantastic a Halloween as I did!
Ta ta for now :D
Evie
