Alcohol...such a mystery!

Hello all!
Now I know today is actually Saturday but we're gonna pretend like it's Friday so I can give my Friday question!
You know when you have one of those nights that involve you cleaning the contents of someone else's stomach off of a friend's bathroom floor and rushing home after, to throw your clothes in the wash and then jump in the shower? Yea, those are the worst... :P
But when you think about it, there really aren't a whole lot of options for situations like that. Someone told me just this morning that it's actually a mild form of altruism. Like a personal sacrifice, putting yourself in danger, for someone else's benefit. Except you know, you're probs not gonna die from cleaning up barf :P That's why it's like, a mild form of altruism...yea. So anyway, I think it's nice that I could be there to help out my friend, I mean what else was I gonna do? Just leave her by herself? That spells major disaster! Also a really big mess. Bigger than it already was. Yikes! I guess the other option is to call the person's parents but then that can spell major disaster too. Especially if the person gets grounded, cuz then you don't see them forever and they could get mad at you and stuff could just start to go downhill.
So my question for this week is: what do we think about the whole drinking business? Why people do it and such. Not strictly about throwing up, but feel free to talk about that too, just your opinion on drinking in general.
I'm aware that it's a pretty vague question, but...well...I think it's interesting :P
Evie :)
