Anyways so at the moment, or rather the post Oscar Miah and feel slightly like Chris Crocker in the infamous Leave Britney Alone video. Although not to the same extent, cause I do admit the Oscars were a bit ho-hum this year I want to scream LEAVE ANNE ALONE! Cause I think that all around the Oscars weren't the greatest, and the first mistake was not by choosing two young actors to host but by choosing to actors who've never met, let alone worked together. If there's one thing that the Oscars need is all of that science crap of chemistry. That's all there is too it, even the stuff that one had AMAZING chemistry amongst the people who help put these films together. Also, I want to add that my Oscar choices weren't totally based off my own opinion (obviously some where) but rather from patterns I'd already seen. The major choices like Supporting Actor and Best Picture where because I thought there would be an upset or shocker, which there wasn't. Which added to the dullness of the show. I am in no way hating or putting any blame on Anne, because well she can virtually do no wrong in my eyes (virtually... have you seen Bride Wars? That was... well special) So Anne, if you are reading (long shot I know, but hey this is public!) I want to say I was really proud of your performance, and more importantly how you are handling the whole back lash. I have been a loyal fan for nearly 10 years( come August, the 10th anniversary of Princess Diaries), and I will be for the rest of my life, or rather for the rest of your career. Anyway we celebrated the Oscars in our normal way (by we I mean my family) my dad made an Oscar themed dinner and it was... as a King would say scrumptious! I wore my Anne Hathaway jeans, which I have come to realize may actually not be lucky. You see I bought the jeans the day I went to see Anne Hathaway, but I wore shorts that day and it was cold so I ran out an bought a pair of jeans. I then stood in line for three hours to only see her, and have her skip over me (it was really awesome though!) I then wore those jeans the day she lost her Oscar, and then now with the hosting of the Oscars.
As far as my life, well I am back at school now... so thats fun! Oh and one of my friends got engaged, he's 19 she's 17. And no, theres no baby, they're so religious and conservative they don't touch. So that the latest scandal in my life. Ummm yeah. All blogged out for the moment really.
Ok thats it!
Miah
P.S. Ever wonder what happened to Michael from Princess Diaries, I just found him!
Update: My favourite moment from the show was this minus the whole Twilight.
