OMG I got 12/24, I passed!! :P That's awesome. That's way more than I thought I got. Hah. What was I thinking guessing that Salt would win an Oscar for sound mixing? Silly me :P
Right, well my birthday was pretty good this year and that is most definitely because you guys are so awesome putting up that SWEET-ass blog for me! Thanks so much <3
So from my parents I got, amongst other things, a big white frame to put on my wall and fill with whatever I want, so I was thinking of putting pics of friends in it AND the printed out pics from the blog. Pretty kwl, eh? I thought so.
Oh hey, funny story. So earlier, like right before I started writing this, I had a shower and then thought 'hey why don't I blow dry my hair like my hairdresser did? It'll look so nice!' Oh my gosh was I wrong. I'm just glad that I own a straightener so I could, ahem, 'straighten' out the problem :P Seriously, the guy who did my hair at the salon made it look so easy! But apparently there is an art to blow drying hair because when I was through with it, my hair looked like a giant fuzzball of half-curly half-straight hair. It was pretty ridiculous :P I took too long blowing straight the bottom layers of my hair so that by the time I got the the top layer it was all curly again. Omg I thought I was gonna cry cuz my arms and face were burning and I was sweating from the combination of accidentally blowing hot air in my face and having to hold up the stupid hairdryer and brush and trying to coordinate them to pull the hair straight. Oh my goodness it was a mission. Anyway I got so fed up with the hairdryer that I just left it in the sink and went to fix the giant mass of fuzzy hair on my head with the straightener. Did I mention already that I love that I own a straightener? Fortunately within minutes the straightener managed to tame my crazy hair and now it's looking glossy and like it's just got a bit more body than usual :P Hooray for the straightener!
Right, well that was my day :) I'll be back tmr for more of Evie's everyday adventures :P
Evie
