I had a crazy day today. My new glasses make me feel like I'm in a fishbowl. Very disorienting. I had a friend actually say, "I like your old glasses better, but these are okay." … thanks.
Also got a feel for my remaining three classes, having gone to the first two yesterday. Two of them today made me a little antsy. They seem intense, with the workload the word suggests. :/ Oh well, it's something to do.
On the bright side, I'm making more connections with people - meeting friends I can hang out with after classes and eat meals with. I was so lonely before! Though I know I always have you guys, and many other high school and elementary friends, there is something to be said for having people near-by with whom I can share a bit of the stress and misery. And fun times, theoretically…!
Miah, I don't wear nail polish, but I would gravitate towards lighter colours, since they're a lot less dramatic, and would therefore allow for an easier transition into the world of painting one's nails. My colour creation would be purple because - let's face it - it's become my go-to colour. I think it would be a blue-purple, fairly dark, called "Purple Smurf" (a derogatory term for engineering students).
